Terms of Service

Whereas Leave it to Beaver Photography LLC may choose to archive the Image(s) taken during your session, it is Client’s responsibility to properly store and archive the Image(s) once delivered. Photographer cannot guarantee the availability of any Image(s) beyond the date of first delivery to Client.

Client is aware that optical, magnetic, electronic, and any other, media for storing digital data are inherently unstable. Client hereby releases Photographer and his contractors, and representatives, from any liability for any claims, damages, or costs, arising from any media supplied by Photographer becoming unusable.

All original/unedited digital files created by, or on behalf of the Client are deleted or destroyed approximate 30 days after photo delivery.  If you are missing any photos you must contact the studio immediately or they may no longer be available to provide.  It is the studio's discretion as to which photos are edited and delivered to the Client.  Leave it to Beaver Photography LLC will not deliver any photos they deem to be of sub par quality.

Photographs taken and provided to clients are edited minimally, and not at all altered utilizing any programs such as Photoshop or similar programs.  Color correction and/or retouching consistent with Julies/Leave it to Beaver style are included in your session cost.   

Any additional edits requested to alter photos in any way will incur a fee of $30 per image fee and are only offered at the discretion of the studio.
